The Opportunity
Are you a passionate academic with a commitment to excellence in teaching and research? We invite you to become a pivotal part of our Master of Wound Care program. As a Level B academic, you will contribute significantly to our teaching efforts and play a key role in developing innovative courses that shape the future of wound care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and convene units within the Master of Wound Care program, driving the creation of new professional development and short courses.
- Engage with faculty across Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences to enhance academic and pedagogical strategies.
- Deliver high-quality tutorials, workshops, and lectures while developing and coordinating subject material.
- Supervise postgraduate students, guide research projects, and contribute to the body of knowledge in wound care.
- Foster a collaborative environment through active involvement in professional activities and faculty meetings.
Key Selection Criteria
- Qualifications: Doctoral or master’s degree in a relevant discipline; registration with AHPRA or equivalent.
- Experience: Strong teaching record in a tertiary environment, curriculum development, and research publication.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, statistical analysis expertise, and a passion for motivating and educating students.
