The Opportunity
The Transfusion Research Unit is seeking to appoint a Clinical Registry Research Officer to provide high-quality research services essential to the unit's operations. This position will ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes through comprehensive research administrative activities and responsibilities, which may include coordinating daily project tasks, preparing detailed reports, managing Human Research Ethics applications and overseeing regulatory documentation, while maintaining effective communication with participating hospitals, investigators and stakeholders.
Working closely with TRU research support staff, the Clinical Registry Research Officer also supports a range of project activities which may include scheduling meetings, preparing necessary documentation for research leaders, committees and funding bodies and ensuring all activities align with established research objectives and timeframes. The role is also vital in addressing stakeholder queries and organizing meetings to ensure smooth project progression and adherence to research protocols.
We are seeking someone with excellent administration and organisational skills and a demonstrated capacity to develop and implement effective operational processes and systems with strong project coordination skills and a hands-on approach to service provision.
