Salary
  • $76,654 - $82,617 (HEW 4) plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

Responsibilities
  • Provide general and transactional administrative support to staff for all VMHCT project operations.
  • Provide administrative support for the broader VMHCT project leadership team, including the Director and stream leads as required, including diary management, logistics, room bookings, travel, events, material preparation and/or other administrative activities.
  • Coordinate and participate in relevant committees and meetings including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and any follow up actions as required.
  • Provide administration support and work with relevant stakeholders to update and maintain SharePoint sites and websites as required.
  • Assist with the design, development and implementation of improvements to administrative systems, processes and procedures as required.

Requirements
  • Qualification in administration, business or finance, or relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft office and experience with database management systems and financial applications, including in invoicing and credit card reconciliation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in providing general and personal assistant administration in a complex environment, preferably in education or health.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple activities with minimal supervision while delivering to tight timeframes.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams, working with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with other teams.
