Be challenged and imagine with us
As Admissions Assessor (Domestic PG), you will evaluate domestic postgraduate coursework applicants. In this role, you will assess eligibility for admission, end-on honours, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), and credit, all while utilising the Oracle Service Cloud CRM and other university platforms. Your focus will be to enhance future student recruitment initiatives and improve the overall student experience.
In this role you will:
- Review application materials such as transcripts, letters of recommendation, and personal statements to assess qualifications.
- Make admissions decisions and communicate with applicants regarding their status.
- Provide guidance to applicants throughout the admissions process.
One of these continuing positions is full time, and one is part time (0.4FTE), and both will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
How will you inspire us?
You will have:
- Proven ability to comprehensively assess complex applications and documentation with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to clearly communicate and support both prospective students and internal stakeholders.
- Experience utilising a range of computer programs and adapting quickly to new technologies.
- High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
What we offer
The remuneration for this position is from $77,858 to $90,316 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
