Responsibilities
Leading and developing a small team by setting clear direction and providing mentorship, coaching, and support for professional development, all aimed at achieving organisational objectives and KPIs.
Acting as the main liaison and escalation point between the Academic Programs team, teaching departments, and Student and Scholarly Services, managing all matters related to the faculty’s undergraduate programs.
Contributing to the wider Academic Services team as a leader and influencer, working collaboratively across functions with peers to create effective workflows and communication that support collective goals and drive success.
Requirements
Program management experience from a university or government education sector.
A degree combined with significant relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of professional experience and/or education and training.
Highly developed professional organisational skills, with the ability to manage workflow, set priorities, schedule tasks to meet deadlines, and balance competing demands in a complex and high-pressure environment.
A strong sense of initiative and drive, with a proven ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions to complex problems while effectively influencing senior staff.
