Salary

Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate and advise on the preparation of all contracts and other legal agreements (such as NDAs).
Work with internal stakeholders to increase awareness and skills in relation to contract management and legal risk.
Support the continued improvement of standard form agreements, contract management and legal processes.
Manage all legal projects of the University, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
Oversee knowledge management function within the legal & compliance services.
Provide legal advisory services to University stakeholders, including research and drafting legal documents.
Develop process and manage all University’s key corporate documents, records and the seal.
Requirements
L.L.B. from a law school in Vietnam;
Member of a local bar association;
At least 7 years of working experience in international law firms/corporation;
Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex legal projects;
Proven experience in developing and maintaining a KM management system;
Proven legal advisory experience in education sector is preferred;
Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
Demonstrated good communication, investigative, time-management and negotiating skills;
Discretion, ability to work under pressure;
Ability to display appropriate behaviors in line with the position.
