Requirements
Completed relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., accredited social work degree eligible for AASW membership, or psychology) with a minimum of five years' practical experience, or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
Proven expertise in evidence-based service enhancement, including program evaluation.
Strong interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrating high professional practice, using sound judgment for positive client outcomes.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining positive collegial relationships.
