Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or an equivalent level of demonstrated experience in managing major projects in complex, diverse operational environments.
Proven experience in leading the development of major projects both in planning and delivery, to achieve the cost, value, time, and quality objectives.
Strong technical skills in complex work related to education, research and health preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and operationally, with the ability to articulate a clear vision, set clear objectives and manage unplanned complex situations in a calm and effective manner.

Facilitate team-building workshops to enhance collaboration, trust, and communication within and across teams. Foster interdepartmental collaboration by creating cross-functional teams to tackle institutional challenges, driving innovation and knowledge sharing.
Design career development programs that provide growth opportunities for faculty and staff. Support succession planning and identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Implement engagement surveys and action plans to improve job satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and inform proactive OD strategies.
Requirements
Post-graduate qualifications in Organisational Development, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in organisational development, preferably in higher education or a similar complex organisation.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing OD interventions, including change management, leadership development, and team building.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong external and internal relationships and provide advice on reward to all levels of an organisation.
Demonstrated experience in working autonomously under broad direction, with performance being measured against the achievement of strategic goals and KPI’s of Human Resources and the Schools and Portfolios.
Strong data analysis and data presentation skills with a high standard of precision and exceptional attention to detail
