Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support services and programs that enhance student health and wellbeing.
Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated health and wellbeing services, including Health Services, Counselling Services, AccessAbility, the Multifaith Centre, and the Safer Community team.
Shape preventative and proactive wellbeing initiatives that support the entire student population.
Lead the implementation of the university’s Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment (SASH) Action Plan.
Contribute to the development of policies, strategies, and reporting frameworks.
Drive evidence-based service delivery.
Manage student wellbeing projects ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of outcomes.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high performing, multi-disciplinary teams in the student wellbeing discipline.
Demonstrated experience in the leadership and management of an operational team and ability to motivate them to achieve specific outcomes and goals.
Proven ability to manage significant projects and change initiatives to completion within the agreed timeframes and budget.
Extensive knowledge of the health sector and of relevant community resources.
Well-developed strategic, analytical and conceptual skills, together with proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, and monitor impact and track targets.
A relevant Masters qualification and extensive relevant experience or equivalent qualification and/or substantial relevant experience in a clinical discipline.
Membership of an appropriate professional body.
