Requirements
A recognized master’s degree relevant to the course being taught.
A formal qualification in the delivery of education OR minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience, including breadth of experience in delivering to students from non-English speaking backgrounds.
Strong and demonstrated record of accomplishment and experience in teaching which includes lesson plan development, assessment, and moderation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capacity to identify learning problems in students, propose and implement effective strategies.
Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as a constructive and proactive member of a team.

Provide support to the Technical Collections Coordinator working with RMIT Art Collection.

Apply specialist collections expertise to carry out collection registration, auditing, digitisation, object handling, art installation, integrated pest management, and preventative conservation and collection research.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in collection management practices, including the application of national and international principles, practices, standards, and ethics relating to the documentation and care of cultural collections.
Experience in the storage, handling, rehousing and installation of a variety of art collection object types.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using Axiell Emu or a comparable collections management database.
High level interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to provide a high-quality service to students and researchers, and to contribute as an effective member of a small team.
Demonstrated effective organisational skills and a well-developed ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
