Bond University are currently seeking to interview experienced administrators to join the Casual Administration Register (CAR) with experience in the following roles: Administration, Reception, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Events/Marketing.
These roles are available on an “as needed” basis to backfill staff leave or to provide additional administration support during peak periods. Placements can range from a few days to several months on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the operational needs of the University.
Requirements
Availability for immediate commencement at short notice
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
At least 25 hours availability per week
Exceptional customer service, organisational and communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including current and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Managing electronic diaries and coordinating travel arrangements.
Coordinating committee/meeting activities, including scheduling and taking minutes.
Maintaining administration systems and prioritising daily tasks.
Organising domestic and international travel arrangements as required.
Conducting background research and data analysis.
Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures for documentation, correspondence and matters processed through the office.
Assist with the design, development, implementation and evaluation of Website using Drupal.
Other duties as reasonably directed.
Requirements
Relevant experience or extensive experience in administration, business or executive support.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Sensitivity in handling confidential matters.
Effective stakeholder management.
Strong problem solving skills and judgment.
Flexibility and adaptability to hit the ground running in a range of roles and teams
Broad understanding of UQ’s administration procedures and structures.
Web applications development experience using Drupal.
