Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in nursing, midwifery, or Aboriginal Health; registered or eligible for registration with NMBA/AHPRA with a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
Current membership with a relevant professional association.
Ability to deliver teaching in Aboriginal health at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
Experience in curriculum development and teaching (face-to-face or online).
Evidence of excellence in teaching performance; ability to support and mentor Aboriginal health students.
Experience working with both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people in education settings.
Ability to relate well to staff and students, commitment to equity and diversity principles; positive contribution to team, school, and wider University activities.
Evidence of reflective practice and understanding the nexus between teaching and learning, research, scholarship, and practice.
