Responsibilities
Designing and developing solutions for the ServiceNow Platform including new catalogue items, forms, workflows and content pages.
Updating and implementing integrations and configurations, scripting and introducing new functions and features.
Developing requirements to design, test and implement solutions that deliver efficiencies, resolve business problems and improve processes.
Triaging incidents, resolving common configuration and maintenance tasks, and providing advice and solutions.
Working closely with ServiceNow specialists including the Managed Services team and ServiceNow Administrator to ensure the reliability and integrity of the platform.

Responsibilities
Investigate business requirements and documents business processes, to support the transition between systems and new ways of working. This includes writing test scripts, supporting testing, undertaking basic defect resolution tasks, and related quality assurance processes.
Plan and deliver activities within projects including scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities, and reviewing business requirements against system functionality.
Undertake user experience analysis, identifying the roles and objectives of various users and stakeholder groups, defining the required behaviour and performance of the system, products and services to meet their needs, and advising on technical solutions, modules, capabilities, and configuration options.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define required behaviour and performance of the system, product or service in terms of the total user experience, resolving potential conflicts between differing user requirements.
