Responsibilities
Provide customer and hospitality service to all visitors, guests, students and people to the university’s Waurn Ponds Estate.
Effectively work with the Senior Team Leader and Hospitality Supervisor to deliver front of house and food and beverage services, maintain service standards and processes, ensuring directed tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
