Responsibilities
Develop and provide the necessary documentation to support the management and coordination of gender-based violence primary prevention programs including development of reports, presentation and communications.
Provide high-level administrative and business support to the Incident Prevention and Education team as required.
Regularly review legislation, standards and policy (including International Branch Campuses) to ensure Deakin is maintaining compliance with relevant authorities, legislative frameworks and best practice.
Provide subject matter expertise on induction and compliance training for all staff and students.
Plan and prioritise work and recognise barriers to achieving outcomes, finding effective ways to deal with them and evaluate progress.
Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions based on the Inclusion team or stakeholder needs.
Communicate with confidence using examples to increase understanding and support.
Requirements
A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
Extensive, relevant experience and specialist knowledge in project support or administrative fields; or
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Experience of working in a complex organisation with multiple policies, procedures and operating practices with the ability to interpret these policies and procedures.
Knowledge of the principals of primary prevention or positive duty.

Responsibilities
Support research projects as part of a multidisciplinary team of professional and research staff, as well as with external partners.
Provide technical and research support predominantly to a project aimed at implementation of point of care testing in infectious disease.

Requirements
A university degree in health or related discipline, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through a combination of education, training or experience.
Experience in qualitative data collection and analysis, including coding data using implementation science frameworks, as well as conducting literature and scoping reviews.
Experience and knowledge of research protocols, experimental design and planning as involved in developing research projects and reporting against milestones.
Experience working with a range of computer systems and research applications such as NVIVO, SPSS, REDCap, referencing software (EndNote) and commonly utilised programs within Microsoft Office such as Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Demonstrated superior interpersonal communication skills to initiate and maintain effective stakeholder relationships whilst exercising discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements
Advance degree in Project Management and significant industry experience.
Excellent knowledge of the Project Management guidelines and terminology including PMBOK with relevant professional membership (PMP, PRINCEII).
Scholarly publications, undertaken scholarly reviews, led advanced professional development activities or otherwise remained abreast of developments in your field of study and/or learning and teaching practices in your discipline.
Teaching experience of project management subjects for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels is highly desired.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
