Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of ARDC partnership programs with research infrastructure facilities, managing all phases of the program lifecycle from initiation to evaluation.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment with ARDC’s strategic goals to deliver thematic Research Data Commons.
Implement governance frameworks to manage project plans, milestones, deliverables and risks throughout the program.
Coordinate procurement, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure the program stays on budget and meets financial reporting requirements.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects within the research sector, ideally within NCRIS facilities or a large organisation.
Extensive understanding of data usage in health research, including knowledge of the FAIR data principles, data standards and analytics.
Strong expertise in applying best-practice project management methodologies tailored to the size and complexity of projects.
High level organisational ability, with a track record of managing tight deadlines and competing priorities.
Proven experience in leading and developing project teams, including performance management and staff development.
