Responsibilities
Develop and provide the necessary documentation and reporting to support the management and coordination of the program and/or project.
Prepare and monitor program and/or project schedules, resources, and provide progress and status reports and manage changes as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of activities managed by the program and/or project team which may include, but is not limited to symposiums, workshops, partner visits, and academic events.
Build new and productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders or key and influential individuals across the university.
Communicate with confidence using examples and the most appropriate influencing technique for a given situation to increase understanding and support.
Seek feedback on improvement opportunities from a diverse range of key stakeholders and implement change through appropriate channels and overcomes obstacles to change.
Requirements
A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
Extensive experience and specialist knowledge in Higher Education or a Tertiary environment; or
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Experience in operating in a high-pressure, diverse environment involving face-to-face, online, phone and written issues.
Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures preferably within the higher education sector.
Experience collaborating with international partners, demonstrating an understanding of diverse working cultures, and adapting effectively to different contexts (Desired).
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Teams, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Forms, or ability and willingness to quickly learn new software programs.

Provide authoritative advice on and facilitate approvals for the costing and pricing of research grants and contracts that is fully compliant with internal and external policies and contribute to related communication and training material.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and procedures relating to research costing & pricing.
With oversight from the Manager, Research Partnerships, work in partnership with academic and professional staff colleagues to develop, deliver and provide operational support for initiatives and activities that seek to enhance and increase research-related engagement and research income, particularly from industry-related sources.
Build effective relationships with academic and professional staff and become a trusted source of knowledge, and together with the Senior Research Partnerships Coordinator, be a key point of contact for enquiries about industry-related research funding and research management systems and processes.

Requirements
A tertiary degree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant education/training in the tertiary sector.
Experience in research administration within the University sector or an equivalent level of experience in industry or government research organisations.
Knowledge of research administration and development cycles, including the interpretation of sponsor guidelines, principles of costing and pricing of research, ethical compliance and financial accountability.
High levels of service orientation with demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders and experience in working collaboratively across organisational boundaries; capacity to work well under pressure, maintain high attention to detail and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Conduct teaching to the standard of the Pathways programs. This includes preparation for the tutorials and facilitating discussions to enhance student engagement.
Consultation with students in relation to pre-tutorial tasks, weekly topics and upcoming assessments.

Ability to, or a willingness to learn how to, incorporate technology (e.g. Blackboard, Zoom, email, internet) into teaching and learning.
