Salary
Base salary will be in the range $130,046 - $137,525 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 9)
Responsibilities
Identify and secure partnerships, research funding and investment opportunities for the Qld node of Quantum Australia.
Work with other members of the Qld node of Quantum Australia to provide strategic advice and support to the Node Lead and Quantum Australia’s CEO.
Manage stakeholder relationships and develop business cases to drive quantum technology collaboration and growth.
Initiate, facilitate and support stakeholder events in Qld focussed on Quantum and enabling technologies.
Represent Quantum Australia at key meetings and events within Qld and nationally, promoting quantum technologies and building industry, government, and academic connections.
Requirements
Extensive experience in business development or relationship management within the quantum technology sector or related industries such as IT, finance, or education.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, enabling the development of strategic business cases and effective identification of partnership opportunities.
Ability to thrive in collaborative environments, fostering relationships and driving mutual benefits among industry, academia, and government partners.
Familiarity with current trends in quantum technology and the ability to apply this knowledge to support strategic decision-making and develop informed business strategies.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and effectively manage time to prioritise tasks.
Self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously.

Responsibilities
Conduct teaching to the standard of the Pathways programs. This includes preparation for the tutorials and facilitating discussions to enhance student engagement.
Consultation with students in relation to pre-tutorial tasks, weekly topics and upcoming assessments.
Participating in assessment activities, including marking, moderation and providing feedback to students within the prescribed timeframes.
Comply with policies and procedures in all aspects of their work and conduct, in particular the Staff Code of Conduct.
Undertake Professional Development as arranged by the National Director of the Program.
Provision of a high level of pastoral care to students.
Requirements
Supportive of the Objects of Notre Dame as a Catholic University.
A Master’s degree and experience in Teaching in university pathway programs.
Ability to teach small tutorial groups and engage students in their learning.
Ability to deliver quality learning and teaching practices in multiple modes including online delivery.
A keen interest in maintaining currency in scholarship and professional practice.
Ability to, or a willingness to learn how to, incorporate technology (e.g. Blackboard, Zoom, email, internet) into teaching and learning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to assess priority of tasks, manage workload and meet deadlines in a busy education environment.
Evidence of a high level of pastoral care to students.
