Requirements
Postgraduate qualification, such as Masters or PhD or equivalent accreditation and standing recognised by the University and the paramedicine profession, dual Registration as a Paramedic and Registered Nurse would be an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in teaching and curriculum development.
Demonstrated clinical/industry experience as a paramedic.
Clear understanding of the accreditation requirements and skill capabilities of an entry-level paramedic.
Passion for rural health and wellbeing and an understanding of rural health care needs.
To hold this La Trobe University position, the occupant must be registered with Paramedicine Board of Australia | AHPRA.
