Requirements
Demonstrated track record of achieving cultural change through leading, developing, implementing, and monitoring organisational development strategies
Extensive senior/executive level experience leading and delivering strategic organisational development strategies, projects and programs
Significant senior leadership competence, with experience in leading both HR and cross-functional teams
Comprehensive skills in coaching and motivating others at all levels
Advanced decision-making skills that balance achieving outcomes with a people-centric approach
Exceptional internal communication and presentation skills
Well-developed data analysis and interpretation capability
Broad experience in delivering innovative and contemporary engagement initiatives
