Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or an equivalent level of demonstrated experience in managing major projects in complex, diverse operational environments.
Proven experience in leading the development of major projects both in planning and delivery, to achieve the cost, value, time, and quality objectives.
Strong technical skills in complex work related to education, research and health preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and operationally, with the ability to articulate a clear vision, set clear objectives and manage unplanned complex situations in a calm and effective manner.

Write compelling grant proposals tailored to various philanthropic, government, and research audiences to secure funding for the Trauma Aware Geelong Initiative.
3. Grant Writing: Write compelling grant proposals tailored to various philanthropic, government, and research audiences to secure funding for the Trauma Aware Geelong Initiative. Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and data for grant applications.
4. Strategic Planning: Assist in articulating strategic goals and objectives for the initiative. Develop and maintain strategic plans to guide project implementation and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
5. Project Management and Stakeholder/Relationship Skills: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
6. Trauma-Informed Practice: Apply knowledge of trauma-informed practice principles and implementation success factors to guide program development and delivery. Integrate trauma-sensitive approaches into project strategies and activities to create a supportive environment for participants.

Requirements
Experience in being a Research Assistant
Research and Evaluation Expertise: Proficiency in conducting organizational needs assessments, outcome evaluations, and research projects, along with experience in grant writing and data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making and program improvement.
Community Engagement and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative networks, engaging diverse stakeholders in community-driven initiatives to address complex social issues like trauma awareness or other related areas.
