Requirements
Postgraduate qualifications or extensive large-scale IT delivery experience, or equivalent combination of both.
Proven Agile experience with certifications or knowledge of business agility frameworks. This includes elevating Agile maturity, leading portfolio, program, and project management, and understanding business needs for large-scale initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives with co-benefits.
Strong leadership skills to manage an innovative work portfolio, prioritize effectively, and deliver objectives within budgets, timescales, and quality standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, building buy-in and networks for successful delivery of collaborative projects with staff, students, and other stakeholders.
