Responsibilities
Play an important role in facilitating and supporting various project initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Project Director and Data Manager.
Ensure effective community and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in public health, social sciences, communications, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent competency.
Substantial relevant experience in planning and executing community outreach and engagement activities, including workshops and stakeholder consultations.
Demonstrated ability to support project evaluation activities, including user surveys and data analysis.
Substantial relevant experience in developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance project visibility and impact, including managing website content and social media platforms.
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including researchers, government agencies, non-governmental organisations, and community groups, to achieve project objectives.
A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.

Facilitate access to the Museum in line with Indigenous protocols and international standards.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications preferably at a tertiary level or demonstrated equivalent competency.
Substantial experience managing an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander collection and extensive knowledge of Indigenous arts and cultures.
Detailed knowledge and experience of relevant policies, procedures and standards, including art collection policies and museum registration policies and methods.
Experience working in a university environment or similar large organisation and/or in a public art gallery or museum.
A current National Police Clearance Certificate and 'C' class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage effective high-performance teams, and to foster a positive team dynamic and service focused culture.
Substantial experience, preferably in student engagement, in the development and review of operational plans and organisational wide policy and procedures that benchmark against sector best practice and deliver measurable results.
Substantial experience in building a student-centred focus and culture that delivers consistency of approach and procedures across a large organisation.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, including the ability to lead a team to ensure consistency of approach for various stakeholders’ needs and priorities and to utilise communication skills to influence at a senior level.
