Responsibilities
Responding to IT requests and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed on progress.
Maintaining the Enterprise Architecture Repository to ensure accurate records are maintained.
Managing stakeholder and subject matter expert meetings and workshops with clear agendas and documented outcomes.
Supporting the team to ensure high quality outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities
Co-ordination of the annual financial planning and analysis cycle to effectively allocate financial resources, monitoring financial performance and contributing to the short and long-term financial sustainability of the University.
Delivering regular reporting, analysis and insight to University leadership, including identification of risks and opportunities.
Refining and streamlining processes, developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and collaborating across finance teams.
Requirements
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA); Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Accounting or other relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of tertiary qualifications and relevant experience.
Expertise and knowledge of financial management, financial planning and associated processes in complex environments.

Base salary will be in the range $98,582 - $107,349 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 7)
Responsibilities
Leading the development and management of the interactive data dashboard for Health Services and stakeholders.
Developing reports and dashboards based on available data from core systems and identifying opportunities for automation.
Contributing to development of analytic outputs from the ATLAS data infrastructure.
Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of the ATLAS data pipeline.
Documenting code and contributing to data dictionaries, codebooks and other administrative documentation.
Occasional travel interstate and intrastate may be required.
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Information Management, or a relevant scientific discipline, with at least four (4) years subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/ training.
Demonstrated experience in data analytics and visualisation using Python, SQL, R, and Django.
Demonstrated experience and confidence in web development tools and frameworks, including (not limited to) Django, JavaScript, and Dockers.
Demonstrated high level organisational ability and initiative including evidence of being effective in work planning, research and prioritising to meet deadlines, often with competing demands in a complex team environment.
Demonstrated high level communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia.
