(HEO8) $110,291 - $123,734 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.
Responsibilities
Lead and drive projects as part of University wide strategic initiatives and programs.
Work closely with leadership teams and key stakeholders across the University to develop and execute identified strategic projects.
Ensure timely and budgeted delivery of project milestones with a focus on achieving business outcomes for the University.
Provide support in managing and driving key strategic initiatives, delivering critical business outcomes, and ensuring organisational success for strategic projects.
Requirements
Demonstrable track record in project management and prior experience in influencing and managing teams for complex transformation initiatives.
Experience in managing projects in the higher education sector.
Deep understanding of government regulations, policies, and their implications for higher education institutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organisational levels.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business issues into innovative and workable solutions that meet business needs.
Outstanding consulting skills, with a talent for devising innovative solutions to complex issues.
