Requirements
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in leading process improvement initiatives, particularly in payroll and financial transactions.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance management systems.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, including the Change and Communications Manager.
A strong understanding of compliance and risk management practices in business processes.
