Responsibilities
Develop and manage a community of alumni and industry professionals supporting the University’s commercialisation and entrepreneurship programs.
Drive the creation and management of an effective community engagement program supporting this community.
Design and deliver community events and activities focusing on fostering start-up growth, emerging technologies, and enhancing the University’s impact in research and entrepreneurship.
Design and maintain a CRM system for alumni and industry experts supporting the University’s entrepreneurship and commercialisation mission, ensuring up-to-date contact details and data privacy.
Collaborate with RIC and Advancement leaders to establish processes for capturing and managing community member information and engagement protocols.
Develop and implement a consistent onboarding system and organise curated events to engage and recognise community members.
Respond to specific requests for community members with expertise for mentorship, support roles, or commercialisation pathways, and identify new candidates through LinkedIn and other resources.
Requirements
Exceptional relationship management skills, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders and discerning both verbal and non-verbal cues.
Well-organised and an excellent communicator, fostering strong community connections.
Leadership and facilitation skills, combined with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Tertiary education in a relevant field is desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, share insights, and improve systems and processes.
Experience in designing and implementing new community engagement platforms, including CRM databases and programmes.
Familiarity with managing complex, ambiguous projects, and prior experience with LinkedIn and alumni communities.

Responsibilities
Lead in ideating and implementing strategies to enhance connections between RMIT and alumni.
Enable graduates' personal and professional development through job opportunities, mentoring, and networking.
Incubate opportunities for alumni to contribute to RMIT’s teaching and learning quality.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with alumni-related requests.
Support planning and delivering alumni engagement activities, including events and workshops.
Develop and deliver alumni engagement activities at various locations as required.
Support the development of Alumni chapters in Hanoi and other cities.
Coordinate strategic communications to alumni across various channels.
Act as a key local contact for alumni inquiries and communications.
Ensure consistent communication of national and global alumni policy among stakeholders.
Manage logistics and administration related to alumni cards and other tasks.
Identify and engage with active or high-profile alumni and potential industry partners.
Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships through effective customer service.
Support Industry Relations in organizing and promoting careers and industry events.
Ensure accuracy of the Vietnam Alumni database and update it proactively.
Collaborate with the Data Coordinator to update alumni engagement on the database.
Report on alumni statistics as required.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, community building, customer service, or customer relations.
Proven ability in managing and hosting strategic events targeted to client needs.
Well-developed interpersonal and networking skills, including negotiation and cross-cultural communication.
Experience in database management for CRM and prospect profiling.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital platforms like Mailchimp and Facebook manager is a plus.
Experience in monitoring campaigns on social networks and working with educational alumni groups is preferred.
High level communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with timely task coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous improvement.
Public speaking/presentation skills are an advantage.
Ability to display appropriate behaviors in line with RMIT's Behavioral Capability Framework.

Salary

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient, safe and customer friendly management of the property.
Support the administrative and operational activities of the accommodation in alignment with the University's mission and Living and Learning Communities strategy.
Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, landlords and suppliers.
Support the administration of residential support programs, including processing contracts and invoices.
Assist in the promotion of residential accommodation to potential students on campus and at regional school expos.
Assist with the support of students including event planning and programming.
Utilise the business system, StarRez to provide reporting used to coordinate business activities.
Attend Open Days, school expos and other marketing events.
