Salary
Competitive gross hourly rates ranging from $35.88 (for expat candidates) or 634,000VND (for Vietnamese candidates) per teaching hour (based on qualifications and years of experience).
Responsibilities
Teach any of the programs offered by RMIT across the three campuses: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Danang.
Prepare for classes, deliver lessons, provide feedback, and monitor student progress.
Engage in ongoing professional development and mentoring.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in TESOL or English Language for SGS & Danang campus; Master’s degree for Hanoi campus.
Recognised international qualification in teaching English as a foreign/second/further language (such as CELTA or equivalent).
At least 3 years of cumulative post-CELTA teaching experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
Conduct English language classes for international students, focusing on preparing them for academic study in Australia.
Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, including exams, assignments, and presentations.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students, encouraging their language development.
Integrate best practice teaching and use of technology to enhance students’ English skills and ensure positive student outcomes.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and institutional staff to ensure program objectives are met effectively.
Requirements
Hold a minimum of an Australian-recognized Bachelor degree and postgraduate TESOL qualification with significant teaching experience.
Possess a National Police Check for visa purposes.
Willingness and ability to work in China for at least 6 months.
Demonstrated ability to follow a prescribed curriculum and learning framework and differentiate delivery to individual EAL/D student abilities, language levels, needs, and interests.
Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills including the capacity to develop constructive relationships with students and other staff.
Demonstrated computer and organizational skills to ensure reporting and all administrative tasks associated with the role are completed with a high level of accuracy.
