Responsibilities
Undertake the delivery and assessment of quality TAFE programs, encompassing all facets of the learning cycle.
Manage the end-to-end learning process for students from initial enquiry to final assessment using a variety of teaching strategies including recognition of prior learning, online and workplace learning, delivery and assessment as well as traditional classroom delivery.
Plan, prepare, deliver and assess training programs.
Monitor, assess and record student attendance, progress and results.
Participate in internal and external contractual audits.
Evaluate student teaching and learning resources.
Requirements
Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education.
Ability to research, develop and implement innovative and appropriate teaching curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to complete administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate online and physical records.
All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the end user technology platforms & services which includes delivering and meeting established and agreed service levels.
Act as technical escalation for the IT Customer Services team.
Collaborate with level 3 team in managing multiple end user platforms including Windows, Linux, SCCM, Jamf, Intunes, Active Directory, VDI, printing services, software licensing services.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation for system manuals, procedures, and policies for services on these platforms.
Monitor and provide system performance statistics and utilization, reporting regularly and proactively identifying potential problems.
Participate in projects identified by the IT Customer Services Manager to support IT objectives.
Research, develop, and implement new systems and technologies that benefit RMIT Vietnam.
Prepare training material and deliver support training to IT Customer Services team as required.
Manage various applications using scripting and programming languages such as vbscript, powershell.
Partner with information security team to define and enforce end user platform security & compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience supporting end user technology and system administration.
At least two years of supervisory experience, with ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group policy, Windows 10+, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Azure AD, SCCM packing & deploy, Intune, PowerShell, and Apple deployment tool.
Usage knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewall.
Demonstrated extensive experience in implementing and managing end user platform.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
Experience with IT service management tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
Ability to provide innovative solutions to key clients across the organization, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Well-developed customer service skills and proven ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships

Proficiency with emerging technologies, such as podcasting, vodcasting, asynchronous/synchronous technologies and virtual worlds
Ability to plan and lead training for faculty utilizing technology
Comfortable leading and facilitating demos, workshops, training seminars
Experience with Banner and ILP preferred
Knowledge of multimedia instructional technologies and synchronous and asynchronous instructional strategies
Strong understanding of distance education delivery methods
Strong analytical and technical skills
A willingness/eagerness to mentor staff
