Responsibilities
assist in the delivery of integrated domestic and international marketing campaigns across multiple paid and owned digital and traditional channels
undertake planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand elements are consistent

Requirements

Responsibilities
Ideate and create compelling content that aligns with RMIT's content pillars for various social media platforms, primarily Facebook and TikTok.
Monitor and analyse the performance of content on owned social media channels and competitors, using this data to inform future content strategies.
Actively monitor and engage with communities of prospective students and parents, responding to comments and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Undertake assigned content writing tasks for other digital platforms as needed, including e-newsletters, landing pages, and websites.
Requirements
A creative thinker with strong writing skills, able to produce compelling copy that aligns with the RMIT brand.
Experience in creating and editing video content, particularly reels and TikTok videos. Expertise in these platforms is crucial.
Ability to stay updated with best practices and social media trends, and respond accordingly.
At least 2 years of social media experience, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimise content for different audiences.
A passion for social media and a love for coming up with new and exciting ways to connect with audiences.
Ability to manage multiple work priorities effectively.
English Proficiency: Minimum IELTS (General) score of at least 6.0 or equivalent.

Responsibilities
Create and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with Deakin’s research themes and strategic priorities.
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the faculty research social media accounts.
Assist in development and execution of content strategies to support engagement and audience growth.
Partner with stakeholders across the Marketing Division and University to support research themes and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with content produced for Deakin’s flagship social media channels.
Assist in producing and editing content for the faculty and research sections of Deakin’s public website.
Create and manage digital assets, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency with Deakin’s branding.
Support the identification of improvements to content processes and practices based on stakeholder inputs and feedback.
Requirements
A Degree with subsequent relevant experience.
Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields.
Experience in writing, editing, and reviewing copy for marketing and communications initiatives, including creative assets for campaigns, digital and print collateral, social media posts, and websites/webpages.
Basic experience in graphic design, including creating digital assets using the Adobe Suite, mostly utilising templates and working within clear brand guidelines.
Experience managing professional social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring adherence to best practices and effective application of channel-specific creative and messaging.
