Responsibilities
Contributing to teaching, training, scientific mentoring and supervision of students
Supervising junior research staff in the appointee’s area of expertise
Conducting lectures, tutorials, marking and undertaking laboratory duties as required by the Department.
Requirements
A PhD in Mechanical, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, or closely related discipline; with no more than 5 years of experience post-PhD
A record of quality research as evidenced by publications in leading journals and at conferences commensurate with opportunity
Ability to perform independent research and a commitment to interdisciplinary research
