Delivering engaging STEAM programs on-site and online, collaborating with industry and community partners.
Developing and implementing innovative e-learning and on-site programs, creating high-quality learning resources.
Contributing to strategic planning and program evaluation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Managing resources, maintaining professional development, and promoting a positive work culture.
Requirements
Vocational, Graduate or Bachelor level qualifications (or higher) in any of Education, Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Arts, Technology or relevant STEAM disciplines.
Education qualification or equivalent experience delivering learning STEAM programs in the Museum and cultural institution sector is desirable.
Experience in delivering and differentiating innovative STEAM programs for diverse secondary school-age learners.

Manage a team delivering agile and complex communications.
Engage collaboratively with a range of critical stakeholders to oversee message definition and the curation of the Macquarie University story.
Utilise audience analysis, knowledge of the media landscape and other data-driven insights.
Ensure communications support the University’s strategic objectives in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Degree qualification and extensive experience in communications or other relevant field.
Experience with media relations, digital and social media, and internal communications.
Experience working in a matrix organisational structure.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective relationships and influence across a complex network of stakeholders, including senior executives.
Experience in managing reputation across a range of stakeholders and communities.
Strong track record in designing and implementing successful communication strategies, plans and campaigns.
Ability to operate professionally in a senior executive context.
Significant network of media contacts and ability to engage with senior executives.
