Support and facilitate compliance with processes and systems for the management of contract information, contract approvals, contract reporting and contract execution
Support and facilitate the University’s compliance with contract management and compliance programs
Support and undertake data management and contract administration for the L&C, maintain contract registers for reporting to management as required from time to time
Comply with and facilitate the use of physical stamp & electronic sign off processes and procedures to enable proper execution of RMIT contracts
Support and facilitate the automation & digitalization project in contract management lifecycle
Support and facilitate the University’s compliance with a range of legislative provisions by reviewing and assessing departmental compliance self-assessments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, in Law
At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar role or a related job role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience from working within the corporate sector is an advantage
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach
High level of accuracy and confidentiality in all correspondence and administrative documents adhering to the University and departmental standards
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrates ability to analyse, interpret, evaluate and present information
Well-develop interpersonal skills, including negotiation, liaison and cross-cultural communication
Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other relevant business software
Demonstrated ability to show initiative, think outside the box and creatively solve problems
