Salary
- Base salary will range from: $111,154.58 - $124,619.84 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 8)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of complex facilities within a designated precinct.
- Providing expert advice and coordinating maintenance resources.
- Managing a team of maintenance staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Aligning maintenance solutions with client needs and complying with relevant regulations.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve team performance and service quality.
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Demonstrating operational excellence in overseeing maintenance operations and managing resources.
- Contributing effectively to strategic planning, budget development, and project management.
- Coaching and performance management for the maintenance team.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring transparency in operations.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive industry experience, or a combination of both.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and asset management.
- Experience in managing maintenance projects and contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
- Proven skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
