Responsibilities
- Produce all food for Patina at Alumni Court and in-house/outside catering events.
- Maintain high food quality standards and ensure adherence to recipes.
- Manage stock, including receiving, storage, rotation, and stocktakes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, maintain a hygienic workspace, and accurately record temperatures for cold storage and incoming stock.
- Prepare mise en place, inform the chef of maintenance issues, and assist with general kitchen duties.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in a la carte and banquet food production.
- Expertise in kitchen procedures and a genuine passion for food and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Valid driving license is essential.
