Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with extensive experience in leading and delivering effective change management outcomes in large scale transformative programs that include changes to people, organisational structures and culture, technology, process, finance and operations.
Extensive experience engaging and working with all levels of stakeholders and providing coaching and mentorship.
Proven experience in different project management methodologies and frameworks in designing change management approaches and deliverables.
Effective self-leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and importantly, the ability to influence stakeholders and lead a team of change professionals.

Requirements
Post-graduate qualifications in Organisational Development, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in organisational development, preferably in higher education or a similar complex organisation.
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing OD interventions, including change management, leadership development, and team building.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong external and internal relationships and provide advice on reward to all levels of an organisation.
Demonstrated experience in working autonomously under broad direction, with performance being measured against the achievement of strategic goals and KPI’s of Human Resources and the Schools and Portfolios.
