Responsibilities
Build and manage stakeholder relationships dealing with day-to-day dental clinical operations.
Provide strategic direction and management of the Charles Sturt Dental Clinics based at various campus locations.
Focus on administrative, client relationship, management, marketing, and financial functions of the clinics.
Ensure compliance and adherence to accreditation frameworks in line with legislation and university policies and guidelines.
Lead a culture of continuous improvement across all Charles Sturt Dental Clinics to ensure best practices are adopted promoting the best patient care model.
Requirements
Demonstrated management experience in operational planning, team management, and process improvement initiatives.
Business management experience including financial management in the higher education or dentistry/health care industry.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement in a complex regulatory environment to develop and manage a collaborative culture.
