As a Senior Research Fellow, you will lead the management of staff, activities and coordination of the ATLAS Indigenous Primary Care Surveillance Network (hereafter referred to as ATLAS). The ATLAS network is comprised of more than 50 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services who provide de-identified clinical data for the purposes of supplementing existing surveillance systems nationally. This is done by collecting testing and management data related to STIs and BBVs. A major function of ATLAS is to provide regular surveillance reports to each health service including to individual ATLAS dashboards; hence relationship management is a major responsibility of the role.
You will play an important part in the ongoing relationship management with collaborating academics, government representatives, and contract research organisations. This will include significant engagement with Aboriginal health services, communities, and research organisations.
