This is a full time continuing position (teaching research academic) at TRA Level C Classification, $129,435 - $149,246, working 36.75 (1 FTE) hours per week.

The overall purpose of this Senior Lecturer (Speech pathology) position is to make significant contributions to teaching of clinical skills and professional practicum components in the undergraduate and postgraduate Speech pathology courses and to contribute to the College through relevant academic and administrative activities.
The Senior Lecturer will act as the Clinical Placements Lead for Speech Pathology. This role will ensure that students have access to appropriate clinical learning experiences, meeting both curriculum and accreditation requirements. In addition, they will act as unit convenor, which involves the preparation of materials, curriculum design and teaching in discipline-based College speech pathology units. As Clinical Placement Lead, they are a key focal point for students, internal and external stakeholders with the administration and coordination of the clinical placements program. The Senior Lecturer will have supervisory responsibilities for Clinical Educators on staff and sessional staffing in clinical and simulation laboratory workshops.
