As Program Change Lead – HCD for the HR Strategic Projects space, you will play a strategic role in developing and delivering change management strategies that ensure employee needs are at the forefront of our ambitious transformation agenda.
With a proven capacity to balance organisation-wide priorities with the development of robust, people-focused solutions, you will provide change management expertise, coaching, and advice across our various strategic HR projects to drive the successful implementation and adoption of human-centric people changes, procedures, and processes.
Playing a key strategic and advisory and leadership role across HR Projects, you will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with project stakeholders, senior business leaders, and end-users to facilitate seamless transitions and ensure project benefits are fully realised and embedded in new business-as-usual practices.
The role reports to the Director, HR Strategic Projects, ensuring an integrated approach to the implementation of employee-centric people change procedures and processes with university-wide impact.
We’re seeking an experienced Change Lead to address complex people issues while driving timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives. Your strong background in heading large-scale change initiatives and expertise in consulting and influencing will drive quality outcomes from start to finish:
