The primary purpose of the Maintenance Assistant is to assist the Maintenance Coordinator to provide maintenance services across all student residence facilities at the Burwood Campus. The position will proactively identify maintenance issues and rectify or initiate remedial action following through to completion, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the OH&S Act, codes and Australian Standards, minimising waste of materials and time.
