The Graduate Coordinator develops and implements strategies to recruit graduate students both internally and externally. The role focuses on engaging prospective onshore students through targeted campaigns and activities, working closely with Communications, Marketing, and Student Information teams to drive recruitment and service excellence.
You will support the Senior Manager in executing the graduate student recruitment plan, delivering University-wide recruitment campaigns, and driving successful strategies using market intelligence. You will build relationships with education agents, influence peers, and leverage your excellent communication and organisational skills to enhance recruitment practices and meet KPIs.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.

Student and Scholarly Services (SASS) handles student administration from recruitment to graduation.
