By joining our Indigenous Graduate Program, you will be provided with an exceptional foundation for your professional career at Australia’s largest and most internationalised university.
This 12-month program will place you in a position that aligns with your studies and desired career pathways - we invite you to add your preferences via the online application process. This program is designed to boost your career prospects, equip you with key skills and help you reach your full potential, with the dedicated support from the Indigenous Graduate Program Coordinator.
Participants will be provided with access to bespoke intercultural learning opportunities, including an international professional development trip to one of Monash's overseas campuses, On Country experiences, regular networking events with other participants and career development advice.
After successful completion of the Program, you will have continuing employment in an ongoing HEW 6 position with Monash University.

To be eligible for this program, applicants must:
Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and provide confirmation of Aboriginality; and
provide evidence of completion of an undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in the past 24 months; and
have not participated in any other professional graduate program in the previous 12 months.
