The full-time base salary will range from $78,871 - $130,765 + 17% Superannuation (Academic Level A or B)
Based at our Dutton Park campus
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow or Research Fellow to join our School of Pharmacy to conduct research on a MRFF project titled Reducing hospital re-admission for high-risk CARDiology patients (RECARD).
This MRFF project is a large program of work exploring the implementation of a pharmacist-led interdisciplinary transition of care service in cardiology patients and aims to improve patient re-integration from hospital to community and reduce medication-related harm. The RECARD program will involve various qualitative and quantitative studies, along with implementation science methodologies. The project is in the initial stages which includes evidence mapping and stakeholder engagement, as well as submission of ethics and governance approvals. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing and supporting the RECARD program by managing, coordinating and conducting this essential research.
This opportunity is being offered at Academic Level A or Level B commensurate with the successful candidate’s skills and experience, in accordance with the University's Criteria for Academic Performance.
