The Opportunity

CAP Education Services coordinates student education, student mobility and scholarship administration for the College with a focus on delivering key objectives in line with the University’s and the College’s teaching and learning strategies.
The Student Administration Officer (Mobility) will work under the direction of the Student Mobility Coordinator on the administration and delivery of new and existing international travel opportunities for ANU students. Existing mobility opportunities include study tours, short programs at partner institutions, exchange and our flagship, Year in Asia. You will work directly with our expert academic and professional colleagues to ensure that all opportunities are delivered successfully while implementing innovative administration practices, in line with the University’s and the College’s teaching and learning strategies. You will also assist with the administration of scholarships and grants.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in student mobility, student administration or student experience. They will have strong attention to detail, skills in process improvement and high-level customer service. Passion for working with students and delivering positive student experiences is a must.
