This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to form an essential part of the Academic Support Office (ASO) providing crucial support to the cyclic delivery and activities of the Faculty’s coursework academic programs.
In this diverse role, you will join a small, dynamic team that provides key support to staff and students, providing crucial application support (LMS) to support teaching and learning, result processing, data management and preparing communications while also being at the forefront of student support, including special consideration requests and misconduct issues.
Your exceptional communication skills and ability to understand the unique challenges faced by staff and students in the creative and performing arts will see you succeed in this role, in combination with your tech savvy and ability to master University systems.

Our ideal candidate combines exceptional administrative skills with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
You have experience and confidence operating within large, complex organisations and thrive within collaborative team environments. Your ability to pick up new systems quickly, and high-level written and verbal communication skills are crucial to the duties of this role, and you will be expected to provide high quality timely services to staff and students across the Faculty.
You will need to be a confident communicator who can navigate policies, handle sensitive information with care, and provide crucial support to students.
