As a Strategy Implementation Manager within the Office of the Provost (OP), you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the University to plan, manage, and deliver strategic projects sitting under the Advancing Students and Education (ASE) Strategy at the University of Melbourne.
The ASE strategy aims to enhance education and broader the student experience through curriculum improvements, innovative teaching and learning practices, learning technologies and spaces, student well-being, amplifying student voice, enhancing support services, and promoting inclusivity.
Your primary project focuses on increasing student engagement with learning on campus through a range of approaches and initiatives. It will involve working closely with the OP Executive, Faculties, SASS, and Business Services to explore how we can adapt subject designs and adopt innovative teaching practices to enhance students' in-class learning experiences through projects. You’ll be responsible for project planning, developing project materials, and carrying out other project tasks and activities.
We are seeking an experienced candidate with a strong understanding of the University’s teaching and learning, timetabling, and/or student services and support environment. You will be skilled in building relationships, communicating effectively, and adapting information for different audiences and purposes.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
