The University of Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Senior Manager of Digital Workplace Services. This pivotal role involves steering the strategy and team responsible for delivering top-notch digital workplace services across the University. You will be at the forefront of driving cultural, organisational, procedural, and technological changes to evolve into a unified digital workplace group.
You will have experience with organisational change management methodologies, strategic technology planning, and policy development. Your ability to build a cohesive team culture focused on development, customer service, and continuous improvement, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment, enables you to resolve complex issues with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, your strong oral and written communication skills allow you to bridge the gap between digital and business concepts effectively.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
