Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
The Graduate Coordinator develops and implements strategies to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in graduate programs, working closely with key stakeholders across the University to enhance academic success. Utilising a case management approach, the role involves monitoring student performance, managing referrals, and providing tailored guidance during the enrolment period, including information on scholarships, finance, and housing.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in case management, offering tailored support to individual students and cohorts, with a strong understanding of Indigenous student experiences, cultural diversity, and creating culturally safe environments. They are skilled in contributing to strategies that enhance Indigenous student retention and academic success.
