Located in the heart of the CBD, in one of Brisbane’s most iconic buildings.
We are seeking an energetic, organised and customer focused Food and Beverage Supervisor (locally known as concierge), to coordinate and deliver exceptional hospitality services at UQ Brisbane City (308 Queen Street), an iconic go-to destination for premium professional development, networking, and event opportunities for our global alumni and the community.
We are specifically seeking staff with experience in supervising other hospitality staff, including the concierge and Food & Beverage wait staff.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position contracted for 3 years. At Food & Beverage Grade 4 Load Rate, the full-time equivalent base salary will be $61,772.81 plus super of up to 17%.
No split shifts or Public Holiday work required.

You'll have experience in a similar role, coupled with a current RSA and Food Safety Certificate. You'll be able to demonstrate knowledge of seamless event operations, including leading teams, problem solving, WHS, operating POS systems, and basic abilities in working with audio visual equipment. You'll be highly organised, collaborative, and committed to exemplary customer service.
